Warranty
Ven-Rez Products Ltd., will provide a limited lifetime warranty on our products with the following exceptions:
- Ventura Chairs – carry a 2 year warranty and are not covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Metal Library shelving – Warranty is 10 years
- Cafeteria tables – 5 year warranty on gas shocks. Limited lifetime warranty on tops, seats and frames.
This warranty applies with the following conditions:
- For chairs, this warranty is based upon normal usage of 8 hours per day by persons weighing 250 lbs or less.
- This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or use with extreme climatic conditions. These climatic conditions are defined as normal temperature and moisture content range for human comfort and health.
- Ven-Rez classroom chairs, stools and dollies. The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the original purchaser for any defects in design, artisanship, assembly or material
- Ven-Rez school desks – The Limited Lifetime warranty for school desk frames and tops covers the original purchaser for any defects in design, artisanship, assembly or material.
- Ven-Rez Tables – The Limited Lifetime Warranty for Activity tables, computer tables, study carrels, training and seminar tables covers the original purchaser for any defects in design, artisanship, assembly or material. The warranty covers table frames for life.
While under warranty, Ven-Rez will repair or replace any defective part(s) to the original purchaser. Warranty excludes misuse, abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, as well as failure to provide reasonable maintenance.
